HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Well, I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas it was so good to talk to all of you and to hear your voices. It feels like the time has gone by fast but I haven't been with my family for an eternity. But we had a really good day. Sister Maxwell made us an amazing Christmas dinner and then the phone call of course was the highlight of Christmas. Thank you all for everything that you sent for Christmas and constantly do for me. I feel your love and prayers and know that I pray for you all a hundred times a day. As much as I hate to say it though, It does feel good to get Christmas over with and know by next Christmas I will only have 6 months left so it won't be near as bad. It was a couple of hard days but know I am ready to have an awesome year. Well, its 2009 tomorrow crazy, crazy. My black hole. The year to year when I won't see home. I will miss the Little New Year coming though! I wish I was there to put something in your shoe mom! Well, I hope you all are brave souls ...

Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas

Well Hope you all Have a Very Merry Christmas. I just wrote a long email and I did something so the whole thing was erased so now you are going to get a condensed version because I don't have time to write it all out again. I can't believe that I am not going to be home tonight for the big party and for Christmas. I think those are about my favorite 48 hours of the whole year. I heard the Hancock party was fun last night I was wishin I could be there to see all my cousins. But even though I am a little home sick I wouldn't be anywhere else, I'm still lovin the work and grateful for the chance I have to serve. Last night we were tracting, which we have been doing a lot of because its Christmas week and everyone is busy, so we haven't had too many appointments. Anyways so we were tracting and we knocked on this door and a guy named Johnathen answered he is about 23 probably. So we talked to him for a while on the door step and then he said "do you want to come in...

"It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas, Everywhere You Go"

5 MONTH MARK!! Almost 1/4 done, that is crazy. Well, it has been a pretty good week up here in the North. Well, I don't think I told you last week but the accents are so much thicker up here so that is interesting. After everything they say they say, "so we do, or so we did." Like "We went to the store, so we did, and we're going home now, so we are." It is really funny. Well Wyatt and Dawn might like to know that I met Brother Linch on Sunday he was the high counselor for our ward and will be back again this next Sunday. For those of you who don't know, Vern Turley, Dawn's Dad, converted this man's wife and her two sisters when he was over here on his mission, they often go to Snowflake to go see Vern, in fact they were there in July. So, it was fun to meet him, someone who had a connection to home and has been to my town. He's a really nice guy. So that was fun we talked for quite a while on Sunday. He thinks my brother Wyatt walks on wat...

"I'm Dreaming of a White Christmas, Just Like the Ones I Used to Know"

Well SURPRISE I'M IN ENGLAND. Well not actually but I moved to Northern Ireland which is technically part of England. So, I am getting used to the Pound instead of the Euro. I got the call at about 10:00 on Wednesday night that I was leaving. Only they said that I was going down to Cork which is on the South side of the Island. So, I packed on Thursday and went around and said goodbye to people on Thursday so I could be ready to leave Friday Morning. Then I got a call from the Assistance at about 9:30 at night on Thursday saying change of plans I was heading up North to Coleraine. So, it was kind of a rat race for a couple of days but now I am up here in my new area. When I first got the call to leave I kinda had a sick feeling all day on Thursday I just didn't want to leave my area and I didn't really know anything about Cork. But then as soon as I got the Phone Call saying I was coming Up North it was funny it was like I was floating on a cloud I was so pumped and excited...

IT'S THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR!

Well, it has been another good week here in Dubin. Life is awesome as a missionary. Elder Beckstead is still with us and so that has been really good. I love him, he's such a cool guy and he's already my best friend. Elder Musson might be coming back on Saturday so well see if he does. If so, it will be me and Elder Field alone together again. Who Hoo. But moves call is tonight so technically one of us could be moving. We had Presidents interviews on Monday, and I told President I wanted to stay one more moves here and he said okay so we'll see what happens. I Love Presidents Interviews they always lift me up and give me a new motivation to be a better missionary. Presient Creer is awesome. Well Elder Hansen the Elder from Joseph City went home a week or so a go because he had a bad stomach infection so he might be back in January. Lucky Bounder, timed that perfect to be home for Christmas. Just Kidding. I also heard from Elder Musson that My Friend from the MTC Elder Hollo...
