Good Morning

Hello Family, Well, It has been another amazing week here in the Emerald Isle. We have actually had three Sunny days in a row so that is a miracle in itself. "Rainy Days and Mondays always get me Down" well if that was true I would be down a lot. But not really, I seem to be happy and excited most of the time to be out here experiencing all these wonderful things. Well since I've been here we have been getting about 10 lessons a week which isn't the best but about average for Ireland because it is very hard to find people to teach. But this past week we worked really hard and did everything we could to get more appointments, and we got 16 Lessons! I know that probably doesn't seem like much, but I was really excited to get that many it was a great feat for us. "When you're hot your hot, when you're not you're not" - My good buddy Jerry Reed sang that and I heard devastating news from mom that he passed away, so it was a sad, sad day I was gru...

TWO MONTH MARK!!

Well Can you believe it, I have already been out for two months. Crazy. But I survived my first transfers. We got the call last night and I am staying with my companion in the same area we are in. YES!! I wanted to stay here for at least one more moves. I really like my companion and my area so it is good, so I will at least be here for another six weeks. The Zone leaders are moving so that is kind of sad they were really cool guys, and we did a lot with them. Also, my companion is District Leader so that good, I guess. Well, it has been another good week. One thing that I forgot to tell you that was really funny a week or two ago. We were at the baptism of an African named Moses and a recent convert Sammy Ajisafe (who we are working with, and we see every week) gave the talk about baptism. And being a recent convert sometimes you still don't know what is and isn't appropriate. Well, he was giving his talk and he said, "before I was baptized I did a lot of Bull Shit" ...

End of Week 5!!!

Well Good Morning Family, I hope you guys have all had a really amazing week. I am in a city named Bray this morning we got up yesterday and came and we had exchanges yesterday and district meeting and then we got up this morning and watched the sun rise over the ocean, it was BEAUTIFUL, amazing!!! And then there is a mountain thing called Bray Head here that we hiked to the top of its a pretty good little jaunt probably about a mile up but it was so beautiful to see the rocky hills fall into the ocean and the fields below and the city below I am sending pictures in my letter today , if not next week, but anyways it was really amazing what Ireland is supposed to look like. Well, this week has been good. Me and our district leader Elder Lance tracted into an Irish Lady about 25-30 a couple of weeks ago when we were on exchanges, and she let us make an appointment to go back. So, me and Elder Greer went back this week and taught her the first lesson and it went really well I am excited b...

End of Week 4 in Ireland

Well, another week has come and gone well almost a week and a half since I last emailed so that is crazy. I am glad to hear that Tyree's baptism went well I'm sure it was an amazing day. Well, it has been a good week. Zone conference was really good. It was really nice to see my two friends that I got really close to at the MTC. They are both in my zone. So, it was good to catch up with them. We heard from the Zone leaders, the AP's and President and Sister Creer. I Love the mission president and his wife already. When we got here, they said that we were their first group that they wouldn't be here when our mission is over. They leave about two weeks before us so that is kind of a bummer so I will have a new mission president for only two weeks at the end. But anyways it was really good. I became really good friends with this Elder, one of the AP's, from Mesa because we knew some of the same people because his cousins live in Snowflake. But anyways he is leaving in ...
